After conquering new markets and customers through direct sales, this company is focusing on partner-based initiatives and is looking for a decisive leader to work with sales and the executive team to develop and execute 'train-the-trainer' programs that will help partners provide the service and support for the company's core product.

Creation of the training tools, processes and infrastructure that will support activities of the Professional Services department are all part of your role, along with the maintenance of a high level of quality that your global customer base will come to expect.

You have 8 or more years of progressive professional services management experience or consulting experience, preferably in the Systems Management space. Strong leadership and people management skills along with experience building highly effective service organizations through channel partners are a necessity for this role - you'll be jumping in with both feet right from the start. &#8226; Work with VP of Product Planning to develop the product vision and roadmap for in-store kiosk, and any future web-based channel
&#8226; Work with the rest of the Product Planning team to collect, generate, and prioritize product vision, requirements, and priorities
&#8226; Work directly with Project Managers, technical teams, and internal customers to ensure that product release schedules are delivered on scope and on time
&#8226; Work closely with the technical teams to provide strong judgment and direction when making feature/functionality/schedule trade-offs
&#8226; Apply tools, programs, methodologies and best practices for the improvement of the product planning process
&#8226; Provide direction and coordination within cross-functional teams for the delivery of current and future product releases
&#8226; Contribute strongly to information architecture, UI design, and site usability
&#8226; Work to insure all areas of the business are prepared for releases - fulfillment, Customer Service, Merchandising, etc.
