BorderWare has more than 6000 customers with systems deployed at various intelligence, defense, national security agencies, and corporations worldwide.

&lt;span style="color: rgb(144, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;The Opportunity &lt;/span&gt;
BorderWare is conquering the security solutions market one deal at a time &amp;ndash; and they do this through their solid channel partnerships. You will be part of the Inside Sales Organization, which is the core of BorderWare&amp;rsquo;s North American sales model. 

Working with a Territory Manager in your sales region, you'll prospect for new business (50-75% cold calling), create a territory penetration plan that is in line with BorderWare's value prop, and build/maintain relationships with partners - all while packaging and closing the deals.

You'll also get to put your own stamp on the Inside Sales group's sales and marketing plans.

Compensation: Base plus bonus with an o.t.e. of $100k.

You're at the top of your channels sales game and work hard to stay there. 

You're comfortable cold calling for net new business, and you can work in a channel-centric sales delivery model. You consistently exceed quota.

If you can speak French or Spanish you'll be a step ahead.

Get in on the ground floor as the new inside sales team is built &amp;#8211; there are 300+ customers waiting for you.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;You won&amp;rsquo;t be measured by call volume &amp;ndash; this is &lt;span class="caps"&gt;&lt;span class="caps"&gt;NOT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; a call center job! You will be re-establishing relationships with existing users and managing new opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;The focus is on developing relationships with enterprise accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. How happy your customers are, not how many calls you&amp;#8217;ve made, is a direct reflection of how good you are at selling and managing your accounts.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;The bonus: Almost no travel required &amp;#8211; less than 10%.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Compensation is a base plus commission.&lt;/p&gt;
