As a member of the software documentation department, you’ll deliver high-quality information and training materials that may include developer guides, API reference information, tutorials, white papers, and technical case studies.
As a Senior Technical Writer, you’ll have the opportunity to develop documentation for mission critical, enterprise server applications. Your challenge will be to work closely with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality documentation for administrators of enterprise server software.
In addition to continuously improving the overall planning and implementation of documentation activities across the team’s portfolio of projects, you’ll help the team solicit and address feedback from customers and customer-facing teams, and set priorities for quality and process improvements. You’ll lead department initiatives that include content management, training and mentoring, and manage and support the performance and professional development of team members through goal setting, performance reviews and feedback.
