I want to add that CiRBA is a dynamic company on the leading edge in the Server Consolidation/Virtualization space. I have never had the access to upper management and open and honest dialogue with everyone from the CEO down as I have at CiRBA. That being said, this is not a 9-5 job. CiRBA is a fast moving and rapidly expanding company and you need to be flexible to be successful here. Previous IT sales experience and a genuine interest in technology are definitely assets as the learning curve can be steep if you don’t have any industry background.

One of the best reasons to work at CiRBA is the opportunity to expand your role. If you have the ability and put forth the effort you will succeed and management recognizes your effort. CiRBA likes to promote from within, I was hired as an ADR and within a year I was promoted and running my own accounts and managing global partner relationships.

The guys at Cirba have grown by leaps and bounds, from the niche post Dot-Com outfit that was nestled in corner of John St. in downtown TO.

Riyaz Somani one of the founders always struck me as a passionate visionary – and anyone with the right expertise would have a ball here
