With an IPO on the horizon, this company needs an Professional Services executive who can cultivate their most lucrative revenue stream. Under your leadership, the company will grow and find success—and so will your career.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead in every sense of the word, marking your mark in three essential areas:
• Charismatic team leadership: You’re able to connect with and inspire your team on a personal level—and extend that leadership across continents as necessary. A sensitivity to cultural work environments will serve you well.
• Client relations: You know how to keep your revenue streams happy without compromising your resources. You have a gift for under-promising and over-delivering.
• The P&L: You can forecast and extract revenue with the best of them. Your spreadsheets are airtight and you’re always looking for efficiencies and best practices. You cross your ‘T’s and dot your ‘I’s.
This is a fast-growth company where personal responsibility will be high.
• Responsible to direct, coordinate, and administer all aspects of operations or
subsidiary operations through subordinates. Responsible for recruitment,
performance review, discipline and overall supervision of the Senior Management
staff
• Responsible for the management of the Company’s activities to ensure maximum
profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers and
employees. Provides a high level of customer relations and service; and ensures
compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Assists in the development of corporate policies that encompass such areas as
organizational operations, and organizational expansions.
• Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and
recommendations to identify short/long term needs for the President.
• Oversee global customer operations, delivery and support processes and their
associated organizations in Canada, US, Europe, and India.
Who Should Apply
• Must have extensive experience in Systems Integration and Software Delivery Lifecycles
• Minimum of 7 years in a Professional Services or Systems Integration management
• Experience building channel relationships
• Service provisioning experience is a plus
• Capable of leading stable international teams
• Understands how to ‘push’ services to clients
• Comfortable handing things over to the team
• Able to take a dispassionate, logical approach to problem-solving
• PMP or Master Certificate in Project Management are definite assets
• MBA degree is an asset
