The Opportunity
BorderWare is conquering the security solutions market one deal at a time – and they do this through their solid channel partnerships. You will be part of the Inside Sales Organization, which is the core of BorderWare’s North American sales model.

Working with a Territory Manager in your sales region, you’ll prospect for new business (50-75% cold calling), create a territory penetration plan that is in line with BorderWare’s value prop, and build/maintain relationships with partners – all while packaging and closing the deals.

You’ll also get to put your own stamp on the Inside Sales group’s sales and marketing plans.

Compensation: Base plus bonus with an o.t.e. of $100k.

Who Should Apply
You’re at the top of your channels sales game and work hard to stay there.

You’re comfortable cold calling for net new business, and you can work in a channel-centric sales delivery model. You consistently exceed quota.

If you can speak French or Spanish you’ll be a step ahead.

Q: Tell me more about the structure?

A: Territories are assigned either geographically, or vertically. On average, reps are expected to spend 50-75% of their time cold calling for net new business. Some reps may be required to work staggered hours depending on time zone covered. All inside reps are located in our head office in Mississauga, Ontario. They work closely with the Territory Manager who is located in the field of the respective territories

FYI: Goals…
Each rep is responsible to achieve an individual territory quota which is assigned by quarter. Reps are expected to have the ability to create basic scripts and territory penetration plans in conjunction with BorderWare’s value proposition and varied offerings to produce business within their assigned territory. Inside reps must build and maintain excellent relationships with their partners in order to be successful. They are expected to be knowledgeable of all current marketing programs and be able to leverage marketing offerings into their sales plans to assist in achieving their goals.
