Who Should Apply
• 3+ years of software development experience in a client/server environment
• Sound knowledge of OO methodologies
• Proficient with Java programming languages (J2ME/J2EE)
• Experience with multi-threaded application development
• Experience with web applications development, familiar with web technologies such as servlets, Apache/Tomcat, XML, PHP
• Experience with design for testability
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX (Linux preferably) platforms
• Ability to produce software artifacts such as Functional and Design Specifications, Technical notes, etc..
• Ability to work well within a team

Nice to Haves:
• Mathematics academic background is a plus
• GIS and GPS knowledge/experience is a definite plus
• Database experience with PostGres or SQL Server
