The Opportunity
As one of two Mac specialists on the Software Verification and Validation (SV&V) team, you’ll be a go-to tester for blackbox testing of RIM’s most imporant projects.

You’ll set up test environments, test case execution, report results, test case development and plan with a focus on the Macintosh platform.

This challenging role rewards creativity backed up by attention to detail.

Your small, tight-knit team will see a steady stream of fresh testing projects.

Responsibilities
Working with sub-teams within the group to generate creative solutions to complex testing problems and the ability to participate in ongoing process improvement.

Develop and execute regression, smoke, and functional system-level tests on various server based products.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering related discipline
• Strong Working knowledge of both Mac and PC Platforms
• Proven experience of 3 or more years in a testing field with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of teams and groups
• Desire to be a professional in the software testing field
• Solid bug tracking and test reporting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem determination skills
• Detail-oriented and creative with a questioning mind
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
