This is a unique opportunity to lead 8 senior level writers who are documenting some of the most complex information that RIM produces.

Your role will be a split between people management and project management. This team is targeted for expansion in 2008, so it is essential to have strong people and time management skills.

The role has very limited travel because the entire team is based in Waterloo.

P.S. This a new position within the department because they are rapidly expanding.
