The Opportunity
Work in collaboration with multiple teams as you lead the QA function for an impressive suite of application software for handheld devices. Lead software testing teams of 20-30 individuals through the development and communication of comprehensive release testing strategies – as well as the associated project planning, tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation for various software releases.

Your best practices knowledge and experience will include sound approaches for performance reviews, employee development plans, mentoring/coaching and hiring.

Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate will come from a company that develops applications for mobile devices.
• Must have Software QA experience, with experience in a manager or lead role
• Knowledge of industry best practices for software testing and the ability to proactively identify and implement process and procedural improvements
• Experience building an effective team and developing team members
• BA and/or MA degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Deep technical background in Software Development including significant exposure to the following technologies: C++, Java, J2EE, Mobile Technologies and environments, Automated Testing tools and techniques, Test Case Management Systems.
