Is this position primarily a hands-on technical role, or a Practice Manager/Project Manager role that requires a strong technical background and experience?
This posting actually represents several opportunities on a growing team. Initially, they will need individuals with a strong technical background, but who have the project management and client-facing skills required to run with a project from start to finish.
