The Opportunity
Sherpa solutions for North America’s leading food, beverage and CPG brands in a role that criss-crosses the supply chain life cycle.

Reporting to the professional services director and working among a team of experienced consultants, you’ll participate in sophisticated implementations for both new and existing customers. See some of High Jump’s Food and Beverage and Consumer Goods customers.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project plans and schedule activities related to each step of an implementation. Support the project team to complete project strategy and planning activities.
• Analyze, design, document and implement supply chain solutions for individual clients. Monitor project budget, schedule and cost performance throughout the life of the project.
• Execute testing and roll out plans, assist in managing and supporting application “go-live” activities on and off-site.
•Application Management Walkthroughs.
• Review processes on all products. Provide technical guidance to members of the team, and lead sub-tasks within larger project assignments.

Who Should Apply
• Minimum 5 years experience with Software Implementation Project Management and Consulting for ERP (Accounting) systems for external projects
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems (specifically Server 2003) for installing and troubleshooting 3rd party applications
• Proficient with database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Proficient with Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting Services
• Ability to travel a minimum of 70% for work at client sites
• PMP designation is preferred
• CMA or CGA designation is preferred
• Mobile or wireless communications experience would be a plus
• Supply chain experience a plus
• Background in beverage, beer, and wine industries a plus
