The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the delivery of projects in the Software Engineering department – working alongside a high-calibre team of PMs, you will touch all parts of the organization, delivering on long-term and short-term projects.
Working on enterprise software development projects with a mix of server and handheld components, you’ll develop the overall project strategy, from the planning and scheduling stage, ensuring that all necessary deliverables are met. Organizing, leading, and monitoring the activities of the project team while maintaining overall control of the process will be your goal.
You will also plan and submit recommendations to resolve discrepancies, taking action on issues of non-compliance, communicating with stakeholders, tracking deliverables, milestones and any decisions about changes or outstanding items.
This is a great opportunity for a senior Project Manager who wants to grow into a management role.
Who Should Apply
The ideal person will have successfully managed software development projects through the full life cycle, with an enterprise software knowledge base. While a PMP designation is not required for this role, 5-10 years’ project management experience is. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is necessary.

This is a 20+ person Project Management team that is divided into small sections who specialize in different areas. You will get to work directly with development – if you’re a technical project manager you’ll excel.
You will manage 3-4 projects at once that last for approx. 8-10 months. As a Senior member on the team you will be responsible for some of the more complex projects. It will also be your responsibility to mentor other PM’s in the group.
