The Opportunity
As part of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server team, you will be a key part of the group focused on the development and testing of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and will provide hardware and software support to the BlackBerry software group.

You’ll discover solutions that will increase the overall efficiency and productivity of the team and the individuals you support. It’s a constantly changing environment, so you’ll be kept on your toes throughout your day.

Other responsibilities of this role include troubleshooting and resolving technology problems involving desktop and server hardware, operating system and software issues, and maintaining resources (Windows domains, mail servers, and other infrastructure) in a development and test lab environment.

Administration of mail environments, the support, maintenance and deployment of system images, and hardware assembly and installation are all pieces that you’ll have a hand in. You will also get the chance to mentor and train a co-op student who will support you in your daily tasks.

Who Should Apply
You have a wealth of experience in a hands-on system administration role in a software development environment. You are an expert troubleshooter with a University degree or College diploma in a computer-related program. Knowledge of Windows Active Directory administration in a must, and if you are skilled with MS Exchange administration and/or Lotus Domino administration. Symantec Ghost Image is a definite plus.
