This particular team as RIM is considered to have some of the most complex documentation. You will be creating administrator guides and installation guides that are used by thousands of companies worldwide when setting up the BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server).

The Enterprise Server team has 8-10 writers (mainly at the Senior level).
The entire documentation department is moving toward using DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture), so if you have experience in this area you will be one step ahead of the pack.
