As employee number 6 or 7, your job will be to shape the company’s inchoate intellectual property into a polished web application.
The objective: Digest the founder’s big idea, then craft a web application welding that promise to seamless user experience and robust scalability.
Your responsibilities start with envisioning and prototyping a user interface, pushing the limits of AJAX and its feeder technologies as you go.
Bottom line? Build something that people love using.
(And make sure it’s ready when they tell their friends).

Who Should Apply:
You use both sides of your brain as a matter of course, applying creative thinking whether you’re looking at things through a microscope or 10,000 ft. above sea-level.
When it comes to design and usability, your two favourite words are ‘healthy’, and ‘obsession’. They are also your only words.
You watch re-runs of MacGyver and wonder what took him so long.
You’re the kind of person who says, “Captain! That’s impossible!” Then solves the problem in 30 minutes using only polyester and a Scottish accent.
You understand that coding groundbreaking web applications is part psychology, originality, sociology, sorcery, computer science, math, and caffeine.
You’ve built successful web apps in the past – and you’ve got the scars to prove it.
AJAX, XHTML, CSS, DOM, XML/JSON, XSLT, and JavaScript and maybe even M.A. are on your resume. Your portfolio/resume is like Woodstock for acronyms.
