FRISCO, TX – March 25, 2008 – Skywire Software, a leading global provider of software and services to the insurance, financial services, and legal and professional services industries, today announced the appointment of Ken Leibow as senior vice president of product development. Leibow, who previously served as Skywire Software’s vice president of development, will report directly to COO Randy Skinner.

In his new position, Leibow will guide the company’s global development teams, driving innovation across all key vertical markets including insurance, financial services, legal and professional services. Skywire Software offers a broad spectrum of component-based software and professional services, helping companies in key vertical markets solve a wide range of business challenges.

Leibow has more than 20 years of experience working with insurance carriers and managing the life cycle of products. He joined Skywire Software in January 2007 with the acquisition of Integrated Insurance Technologies (IIT), where he served as chief operating officer. Prior to IIT, he was vice president of operations for Diversified Underwriters and vice president of business systems at Mutual of Omaha.

In addition to his expertise working with insurance companies, Leibow has been a champion for insurance technology standards for both NAILBA and ACORD, having served on committees for both organizations since the mid 1980s. He has contributed to the recognition of Skywire Software’s products with eight ACORD Awards.
