About the Company
Work for a company that has revolutionized reward program management while working with incredibly talented technical and business professionals in a funky work environment in the heart of a vibrant downtown Toronto community.

In addition to your development duties, you’ll get to contribute to the definition and implementation of standards for the development group – this is the basis for long-term development strategy for the company.

Who Should Apply
Expertise with J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJBs, application servers (WebLogic), along with strong working knowledge of messaging and XML technologies for application integration.

You have a good understanding of OOA/OOD along with knowledge Oracle database technology.

Your bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent) complements your 5+ years in software development – at least 2 of which were in a Java environment.

Question: Would I be required to built generic software or customized software?

Answer: There is a general framework that is used across all projects; however, each client will require different features to be implemented. It is a very project-driven environment where you will be working with 3-4 different clients at one time. Lots of variety and never a dull moment!

Question: What is the environment like in the office?

Answer: The office is a newly refurbished loft in downtown Toronto. There are 80 employees with 16 on the development team. It’s a close-knit team in a relaxed work environment. No florescent lighting in this penthouse office.
