Waterloo Region, June 11, 2009 Canada’s most successful tech community needs more skilled talent, so it’s heading to London, Ontario to entice techies to move to Waterloo Region.
“While much of the economy is in turmoil, the tight tech talent market hasn’t changed. We still want the very best and brightest”, says Iain Klugman, president and CEO of Communitech. “Talent continues to be a key factor to growth and competitiveness for tech firms in Waterloo Region.”
On Wednesday, June 17 from 5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Communitech and several Waterloo Region tech companies will be at the London Hilton to talk about career opportunities with potential candidates.
