The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Web Application UI Designer/Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team here at CiRBA Inc. This person will contribute to the creation of CiRBA’s robust and scalable enterprise Data Center Intelligence software product, this position reports to the Development Manager.

An ideal candidate would have deep skills in Web Application design and implementation with a passion for building leading edge web based user interfaces.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Management Team to design and implement innovative, highly usable web applications for content management, distribution and reporting with a focus on consistency, performance and usability. Create rapid prototypes of interfaces to be used as a blueprint for technical development.

Work closely with engineers to find ways to push the limits of existing Web technology in service of creating the best possible user experience. Keeping current with new technologies, techniques, software, usability practices and interface design standards and applying them where suitable.

Who Should Apply

• 6+ years of proven experience in requirements gathering, designing and developing cross platform Internationalized web application user interfaces • Web application development experience (Struts, JSF, JSP, Tomcat, D/HTML, CSS, XML /XSLT)
• Strong understanding of software development processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Object Relational Mapping, database design, SQL experience
• Familiarity with Enterprise Systems Management Solutions and Web Portal experience is a plus
• A B.S or M.S in Computer Science or a related field
