Sorry I missed this. I’m a fan of Feature plan and live the traditional product manager vs. agile product owner divide. As a former developer I *know* agile is the better approach but as a product manager I know there is some reconciling or context around agile development to coordinate the business, develop the “right” backlog etc. Bottom line is that I’m psyched that your gusy are aware of the disconnect and are looking to address it!
Pragmatic Marketing needs to be connect with Agile/Scrum, sooner the better.
